Cute Pictures from the Weekend

Below are two of my favorite pictures from the weekend.
Crawford hanging out in his Polo and Diaper. His favorite Combination!

Crawford in his new Frog Hat. The picture does not do it justice! It is adorable. The strings hanging down are frog legs and there are eyeballs on the top. I will get a better picture soon! I promise he will be in this hat a lot this winter! :-)

Lauryn's 2nd Birthday

On Sunday we went to Miss Lauryn's 2nd Birthday! We had so much fun! Lauryn was a little on the Shy side but who wouldn't be if you woke up to house full of people! As you can see from the pictures below she loved her Elmo cake! It was beautiful! Lauryn got a play kitchen for her birthday and Crawford LOVED it. I could not get him away from it. It was actually a hit for all of the boys at the party. So was the baby stroller!! :-) Oh yeah! Crawford pushed the baby in the stroller and even had a little tea party! Glad Jacob was not there! :-)

Children's Museum- Winston-Salem

Grammy, Crawford and I went to the Children's Museum this weekend. We had a great time even though there was not much for his age. We still had fun watching him get into everything. He was really excited! I was nervous the big kids were going to run all over him but I think the big kids should have been afraid of him! He pulls hair and is into pushing these days! (I wish I could break the pushing problem). The pulling of the hair doesn't happen much but the pushing is an everyday thing. Any Suggestions??

This truck was his favorite toy at the museum! He would push it all over the place.

One more trip to the Pumpkin Patch

We couldn't go through Halloween without taking Daddy to the Pumpkin Patch. Crawford wanted to show his dad that he could pick out his own pumpkin and move it and I had another cute Halloween shirt that could not go without a cute pumpkin background! So Here we are back at the pumpkin patch for the 3rd time! I only wish I have a picture of Crawford and Jacob but they didn't turn out to clear! :-(

Halloween Preview

We had a great weekend. It was another nice weekend that we were able to just relax and spend together.
On Friday when I picked up Crawford from school a little boy came up to him and said bye. Crawford looked right at him waved and said bye! I about feel over. They both seemed so grown up and so cute!! Friday night we went to the Bennett's house and had a great dinner to celebrate Taylor's birthday! Crawford had so much fun and stayed up until 9:30. He did so good. He was asleep before we left the neighborhood.
On Saturday we went to Jymboree. Jacob got to go with us for the first time. He usually is off doing something but lucky for us he was free. I have never been without at least a few dads there. So I have been telling Jacob the next time we went I really wanted him to go. Well wouldn't you know not one dad showed up on Saturday and I don't think Jacob believes me that dads go! It was so funny! Especially during the singing and puppet time! :-) Crawford was glad his dad could come see how great he does and how much he loves it. At puppet time, the puppet always kisses each child. I think Crawford is the only one who actually kisses it back! This past time he reached for the puppet and hugged it. It was so cute. I know Jacob was a proud daddy and glad he could be there to witness it!
Crawford is now 13 months and is wallking...talking....dancing...and more. His favorite word to say is bye! He told me bye at least 10 times today and I was not leaving. I wonder if he is trying to tell me something! :-) He has also learned to say More (he says Mah). He will point at what he wants and say "Mah". Crawford is a dancing machine. When any music comes on he starts dancing and he gets faster and faster. I can already tell he dances like his daddy!! As always he continues to keep us laughing!! He is the most precious little boy and we are so thankful to have him in our life!
Below are a few pictures from the weekend.
Today I went to the store, when I came back Crawford was in his toy basket. Jacob said he liked it. I am not sure if Crawford told him he liked it or if Jacob just liked him in it since Jacob was following him all over the house today. He was into everything and I was cleaning. We built a fort around Crawford with all of his big toys and put the little ones in side. He broke through the fort in about 2 seconds! Notice Jacob's hand in hte picture just in case Crawford decides to tip over!

Crawford loves to play with toliet paper. This is how I found him this morning. I knew he was playing with it while I was getting ready. I know it's probably not the best thing to let him play with but when you are running late you will do about anything. I turned around and he had it wrapped around him. I could not help but laugh. The even funnier thing is his pajama's. The are too big and his feet are not even in the feet.

Pumpkin Patch

Today we took Crawford to the Pumpkin Patch! He had a great time. He kept yelling "ball". I guess he thought the pumpkins were balls. I took a million pictures as usual but for now here are a few. Hopefully I will get some time to put a few more up b/c they are so cute.

Crawford and Emma Grace! Too Cute!

Mimi and Crawford singing! Mimi loves the fact that Crawford immediately starts clapping his hands the minute you say "If" for If your Happy and you know it!

Someone is walking

It was race weekend this weekend, so Jacob was in Charlotte! Mimi came to visit Crawford and I and we had a great visit! We went to Old Salem to walk around and take a few pictures. The weather was beautiful and Crawford felt like doing a little walking! He is still a little shaky and only takes about 5 steps at a time but he is getting the hang of it!
If you know Jacob you know he wears a hat all of the time. Well I guess Crawford has picked up on it. Our friend Tyler gave him a Boston Hat for his birthday and he loves it. He picks it up and puts it on all by himself. It's so cute.
Crawford's appetite has really picked up these days. He is eating much a better variety than he used to. Still not to excited about veggies but we tricked him this weekend by putting it in his bread. We made Spinach Corn Bread (Thanks Maggie!!) He loves bread and he had no idea that the spinach was there. He loved it! He also had a Turkey Dog this weekend for the first time! I have been trying to get him to eat one(probably not the healthiest choice of foods) but I am trying to come up with new things. He usually just looks at it and then tosses it on the floor but he decided to eat it and actually loved it.
Below are a few pictures from Saturday!

You caught me Mommy!
Not sure what he was up to but he was surprised to see me!

Dixie Classic Fair

We took Crawford to the Fair. He had a good time people watching! He just takes it all in. Of Course my camera went dead 5 minutes into the fair so I do not have too many pictures. Luckily Grammy had her camera!
Here are a few pictures from the weekend.

Ashely and her mom were at the fair as well. We were so glad we ran into them! Crawford just had Ice Cream.

Sleeping with Book

Some kids might want to cling to their blanket or stuffed animal, tonight Crawford would NOT let go of his book. While I was rocking him he wanted to hold the book. Once he fell asleep I tried to take the book out of his hands but he woke up. So I put him to bed with his book.
