Running Journey Update

Wednesday I am starting plan is to try to run 10 minutes and walk 3 mins twice.
I have a little worksheet I am working from that a friend gave me! I have really not worked our or ran in years so this is going to be new for me! 10 minutes to some may not seem like much but to me it seems like an hour! I'll let you know how it goes and join me if you want!
