Couch to 5K

So here is my plan and I start tomorrow! Anyone want to join! 3 days a week..I can handle that!

This Week for me Monday, Wednesday and Saturday for Workout 1, 2 & 3

1 Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

I would if you lived closer. I wanted to do the 5K last year around mother's day or was it memorial day? Either way, I got lazy because no one wanted to do it with me, lol!

If you want o run on the weekends, let me know.

Let me know if you want to do the race for the cure. My neighbor has started a team.

What do I need to do for the race? I think I would like to do that. You're doing it too right? I mean....that's the thing I don't like doing things by myself, ahah!
